“The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The view of the golf course was nice and it was quiet. It’s a bit outdated but everything worked as it should. ”

“Very functional space. Bring your golf clubs! Master suite is HUGE. Love the privacy of bathrooms. Property could be updated slightly but very nice place. ”

“Great size and quiet location. We must have been the first guests of the spring season however. The hot water was totally shut off. Very prompt response from the resort maintence crew in the morning got it turned on quickly.”

“The unit we were assigned was old and need update. The unit was not clean . The toilet leaked the microwave blew up. I would not have used any of the pots and pans. I could go on and on. I just would not recommend staying there. ”

“Overall, this was a great place to stay with a few areas for improvement. The location was perfect—convenient and peaceful—and the beds and couches were very comfortable, making it easy to relax.However, a few additions would have made the stay even better. There were no basic cleaning supplies provided, which made tidying up after meals a bit challenging. The kitchen was minimally stocked, with limited pots and pans and no basic seasonings like salt and pepper. Additionally, the TVs could use……

“The property was okay. It served it's purpose and there was plenty of space for my family, Overall a little outdated and it could have been better equipped with kitchen supplies, and linens. The heat wasn't on when we got there and we had no extra bedding for the pull out sofa or the twin beds. The primary was sufficient. The twin beds were actually were too uncomfortable to sleep on. They felt like you were sleeping on the springs! ”

“We were disappointed in this townhome. The TV downstairs was in analog so the reception was fuzzy and we could only watch in the bedroom. The upstairs master bathroom was dirty with hair on the shower tract. We called the number to discuss but no one was available. Also, bring coffee filters if you want a cup of coffee. ”

“There was no hot water in the kitchen. There was no handle on the shower/bath fixture in master bedroom! How was this unit in the rental pool. I did not mention the little brown bugs all over. all over.”

“We chose this property because of its location. It was a good price for our large group. The properties are definitely old and run down and need to be updated but the location is fabulous.”
