“We had a wonderful stay here last week for Spring Break. St. Simons is a welcome change from the crowds at 30A. The condo was as advertised and lives up to all the great reviews. The views of the marina and water from the lanai are really amazing. We would defiantly return in the future. The hosts were fantastic and responded to our questions immediately. Definitely made some great memories on this trip!”

“The property was clean and as listed, except parking was unclear as someone was in the space for the unit, but it was quite relaxed - so not a problem as it turns out. 11/2 baths, clean, most kitchen needs. only real issue was with communication with host. They never really responded, and luckily we were able to figure things out. ”

“Stayed with family for about 8 days. Lots of space! I love the separate upstairs sitting/tv area. Kids loved the pool even though it was a little cold. Short drive to beach and pier. The house has everything for the beach including umbrellas /tent covering.You will need to bring your beach toys. House stocked with everything you need. The towels could use updating. Otherwise everything was great. Very nice neighborhood.I did not like the check in/out process because you have to drive to the……

“The Marsh and Marina made for a beautiful view off the large balcony. I stay in a lot of VRBO’s and this one was on point. It even has tupperware! We kept extending our stay and our host, Aaron made it very easy. The pool and accommodations really were great. Finding a three bedroom with dual bunk beds and a great view is a rare find. I will stay there again.”

“I loved this condo on St. Simons!!! It's tucked away just off the busy side of the island, but 2-3 minutes away from shopping, airport, restaurants, and gas. The pier is about 5 minutes away, and the main beach maybe 8 minutes tops! Everything in the condo was 5-star worthy. Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom were an added bonus. The beds were super comfortable! The powder room downstairs offered an extra convenience. Everything was well supplied. I also loved having a……

“This is a 10/10 place, loved everything about it the host is very kind they truly make sure you’re comfortable! The walk to the lake is beautiful you can watch the sun set and rise and very pet friendly if your dogs like to run outside in an open field we will be back!!!”
