“The location of the house gave easy access to getting around Asheville. Very quiet neighborhood. We only spent a small amount of time in the house as we were out and about most of the time while there, but the home was very comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.”

“Great home, Excellent communication with Georgia. The home was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the street. It is a two way street, and parked cars lined one side. So there was great chance for an accident due to not being able to see up and over the hill. Also the driveway has a very narrow opening, making it difficult to park two cars. Aside from that it’s great! The home itself is fabulous. ”

“This was an absolute excellent experience. The property was exactly as displayed and communicated. Not only was it set with all the items needed (coffee maker, pots, pans, seasonings, nice place for pets) but it was well organized and quiet. I was prepping for my dad’s 80th birthday and this was the perfect location to distress and unwind once the festivities were concluded. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable place to stay. “We’ve been renting vacation homes for 40 years. This was hands down the cleanest!Also, this was the first time I didn’t regret not bringing my own knives. A nice selection of sharp knives and a knife sharpener are almost unheard of in rental properties. Additionally, the bedding was comfortable, the water was super hot, the covered deck was private, and the fenced backyard provided a worry-free place for our dogs to hang.The location is secluded enough that we sited a bear and wild turkey, yet……

“Gorgeous place. ‘Garden’ doesn’t do it justice the Botanical Garden nearby wasn’t any prettier than what Mary has done with her amazing property. So private and peaceful and quiet. Yet convenient to everything fun, including breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville. Mary is a gracious host and if you show interest in her garden you might wind up with something sweet to take home to yours. The room and bed and bathroom are beautifully and comfortably appointed. We will return!”

“This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for our group. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and provided plenty of room for hanging out. The dining room was also fairly large and had a nice table where we were able to gather and play games. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the foosball table as well.Plenty of seating in the living room for our group of 8.The house was very clean upon arrival. Located within minutes of downtown Asheville. The host was very quick to respond to any of……
