“Enjoyed our long weekend stay. Wanted a homelike setting, with AC, reclining furniture, kitchen, washer/dryer options, etc., in a quiet setting that was easily accessible for older guests. This fit the bill nicely! Host was responsive to my pretrip questions and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely rent again!”

“The place was perfect for my family. The space was decorated very nicely and it was spotless. The living room with the kitchen layout was perfect allowing a relaxing visit. The beds were very comfortable and the multiple bathrooms were set up with everything you needed. The place had thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again.”

“It is a nice secluded spot and we enjoyed our stay. I liked how it was decorated, it was a great start to out trip.”

“The home was charming, clean, and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave early the next morning, so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would've liked. It's located on a reasonably busy street for the area, which didn't bother us, but it's something to note for those who might be interested. The owner was a joy to work with.”

“Great communication with host. Didn't realize there was a lower unit that is also rented out but no issues with the tenants. Parking in the driveway is definitely tricky as is getting out of the driveway and turned around, but again, no true issue, just tricky. House was lovely with all necessary bedding, pillows, towels, soaps, etc. Location allowed us easy access to town or hiking. ”

“This property was perfect for us! The five bedrooms were all very nice. The location was perfect too, it was only about 15 minutes from the downtown area. ”

“We’re always on the lookout for new places to stay when we visit Asheville, and this place was a fantastic discovery! The cottage is stunning, and the view is breathtaking. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches that set this property apart from others we’ve stayed at. Regrettably, we could only stay for one night on our way to Nashville, but we’re definitely planning to return for a longer stay next time. ”

“Fantastic property for couple or family. We loved using the fire pit and enjoying the beautiful fall leaves and friendly people in Asheville. One note for elderly people is that the beds are a bit high so maybe a nonslip step stool should be helpful for them to get in and out of the beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!”

“We stayed for 5 days and were very comfortable in this well stocked, cozy house. It was a very clean older house, but we found it a wonderful place to stay and have stayed multiple times. Very quiet neighborhood.”
