“We have stayed during multiple visits to the area and will stay again! Breakfast changes daily a bit and always something good! Toilet was a bit short for us being in our late fifties and being taller than 5’9” and it would have been nice to have a soft-close toilet seat, but everything else was absolutely stellar! Thank you for an amazing stay! ”

“Sandman is a 10/10 for me my opinion the staff is very friendly I consider myself a regular ( I'm contracted so I work weekends ) so I book weekends beds and showers are okay heat and A/C work great specially a good spot to get a night's rest ”

“This property is under new owners. It is in rural Iowa and an older facility. Well maintained and clean. the new owners were very accommodating and they have plans for upgrading this property.”

“We were in town for a family reunion and this house was a great alternative to hotel rooms. Very clean and cute inside, well stocked with regular supplies, good water pressure, ceiling fans and good A/C. I would recommend going to room darkening curtains in the bedrooms”
