The only faults were very minor and due to the fact that no one has likely stayed at the property since fall...slight sewer smell, dead bug and dust on kitchen countertop, no kindling or starter wood for fireplace, no ice, no kitchen garbage bag or dishwasher detergent...however, communication with Joe was very responsive, and we were able to get access to the detergent, bags & take care of smell. The home was well appointed with plenty of space for……
