“This house was perfect for my stay. I rented the cottage for my wedding in Auburn and it was beautiful and clean, with access to a canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards. Lisa is an amazing host. Very responsive and friendly! ”

“This property was so beautiful and located honestly within walking distance to the town of Aurora . Mackenzie Childs is right down the road as well. We went in mid October and therefore missed the swimming season. I was bound and determined to go kayaking but I forgot My life jacket. I recommend bringing your own towels as the ones provided were very basic. If you’re going to cook a lot bring all spices and provisions. There are three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Huge game……

“We spent Thanksgiving with family - the house is spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone to gather, allowing the kids to play and enjoy themselves. The kitchen appliances and tools were adequate, and the bathrooms were clean and roomy. Likewise, the bedrooms had enough space for everyone and were comfortable.”

“The house was in a prime location - right on the lake! It was well equipped with all of the items we needed. We love to cook and did so every day. Everything was well thought out with the rental to make it as enjoyable as possible. The two story sunporch was amazing and when we were indoors that's where we were. “We had a wonderful time at this home. The house is very spacious, and nicely appointed. We also really enjoyed the town of Aurora. The only criticism is that there are 2 coffee pots in the main kitchen, neither of which worked, so we had to bring a pot down from one of the upstairs kitchens. And there are no oven mitts or pot holders in the house, and dish towels were not provided. Also in the description of the house it shows a lovely firepit down by the lake. The firepit did not exist. So that……

“The property was very clean and the cootage was great. We enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings but did not spend a lot of time there due to wine trips and fishing. Would highly recommend this place and will probably book again next year. ”
