“Check in to the hotel is efficient. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, even went all out to assist me in booking a last minute driver to Yunmen Mountain. Housekeeping staff are very on the ball to keep the room clean and neat. They even prepared fruits and yoghurt daily for the guests. Hotel even prepare special gifts daily. “Although the hotel slightly aged but overall keep in okay condition. Room is clean and nice facilities, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. One complaint , in winter time the air conditioner cannot catch the temperature you set, the room is a bit hot. If you are doing the choice between Sheraton and Marriott. Go for this one. I try both. ”
