“Check in to the hotel is efficient. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, even went all out to assist me in booking a last minute driver to Yunmen Mountain. “酒店位置比较偏，在城区外的山区，是个度假的好去处，周围环境不错！酒店看着很新，设计也不错。但是服务不敢恭维！假期出游开的新能源汽车，办入住时前台告诉我，酒店停车场的充电桩有些不好用，让我自己去逐个试试。结果是有3辆车占用了3个，其余的充电桩全都不能充电。没办法，只好第二天去城区找充电站充电。房间里没有冰箱，凯悦旗下的度假酒店居然是这这样的硬件设施。 ”

“Room: Dirty, it is a new hotel operates since end 2023, can see the room was not completely cleaned after built when I stay in Mar 2024. I have allergy on my skin after 2 nights stay. May be the new furniture have formaldehyde ( which I cannot verify ) or dirty, The dirt can even see on bed sheet. SOME hair (not belong to me) can be found on unused towels.
