“Received a call from owner stating that he was living at the residence. The property manager never took it off VRBO. I had to have my bank take the charges off... Very disappointed in Evolve property management”

“I was evacuating from hurricane Milton and would have had to drive to Georgia for a place to stay. They opened for evacuees and privided support and encouragement! Kindest people in the world!!!!!!”

“I will just list the items that went wrong.1) Day of check in, I had to ask for a door code. Received the door code and not another word. It was the wrong code. Fortunately the last guest left the door wide open. It took a while to find the unit on the back of the building. 2) The place was not cleaned. Dirty dishes, no bed linen in the unit.No towels of any sort. I texted the owner. He brought bed sheets and cleaned the unit. Their answer for towels was two bath towels. No hand towels, no wash……
