Wildwood (just down the road) was a beautiful oasis and the proximity to other hiking/fishing/recreation was outstanding. The hosts were excellent communicators and clearly care about helping guests have a good experience. ”

“My Husband, two sons and 83 year old mother stayed here in July for two nights. This place had everything we were looking for. It was on the beautiful Salmon River in the middle of the woods. We had a bonfire every night, grilled delicious food and relaxed in the hot tub! We will be back for sure!”

“Stayed here for a week while others were up at MT Hood for ski camp. Quick easy drive up the highway to the mountain. Local restaurants and grocery right across from the neighborhood. House was small, but clean and had everything you would need for a stay. Definitely would book this house again!”

“This is a great family vacation spot . Having 3 bathrooms with 3 showers was a real plus a group of 9. The location is near several family friendly hiking areas (Wildwood Rec Area, Zig Zag Falls, Mirror Lake). Government Camp and Timberline Lodge are a short drive away. A grocery store was a 2-minute drive away. The firepit overlooking the river was where we spent most of our time. This is a wonderful place to get away from it all. I would highly recommend this property”

“The host was amazing and communicative. When we needed an air mattress to accommodate my 6’4” son, they brought one right over with an extra set of nice bedding. Place is very cute, kitchen was a nice extra although we just used the fridge. Plan to come back this winter!”

“Great location. Loved being able to walk down stairs and a short path to the river. Saw a coyote, plenty of birds, and bats that came out at dusk.The only thing we wished was available, were larger coffee mugs, but the house was otherwise really well equipped with everything we could need. Enjoyed playing music, and building puzzles and playing games we found in the closet.”
