“My husband and I recently experienced a family loss, and needed some time away and unplugg. This was perfect for that. We enjoyed the quiet and just the sound of the river. We felt secluded, even though we knew we had neighbors. It was easy and easy for us to bring our small dog. ”

“The house layout is nice and we enjoyed the hot tub and backyard privacy. The kitchen is nice space for cooking. Our only difficulty was the types of pans -their surface caused everything to stick even w plenty of oil. No brillo pad, impossible to get clean w a sponge. ”

“Stayed here for our 16 year anniversary. I loved how spacious the house was. The beautiful view of the river from the deck and the hot tub was nice too! I loved the retro vibe with old style radio and awesome record collection. Enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs over looking the river. We would love to come back to stay again in the future.”

“We loved our stay here. The cabin had so much charm. It is 100yrs old so you don't often see places like this with such character. The owners you can see are actively updating but also keeping it feeling like home. The area was perfect for hiking, dining, seeing the mountain, and exploring. The only downside was we wished we had more time here! We loved our stay and hope to come back again. ”

“This was a wonderful property for our family. We enjoyed going to the pool a couple times. We forgot some items like plastic toddler plates, bowls and utensils. However, the place was fully stocked and had them for us which was great! We would stay here again but not during a heat advisory. Minor discrepancy in the paperwork advised that the pool opened at 8am. It opens at 9am.”

“Of all the vacation rentals we've stayed at we enjoyed this one the most. Beautifully decorated and appointed, it is a lovely cozy home. We are not skiers but still enjoyed the home immensely. Plenty of room for everyone and then some. Nicely organized with clear stay instructions made it that much more enjoyable. Cannot say enough good things about this home and can't wait to come back!”

“Wow, we loved this place! Such a cozy cabin with sweet touches. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the fire and utilizing the sauna stepsaway, having pizza on the clean porch, and settling into the master which felt like we were sitting in the trees. We had such a relaxing, serene experience! ”

“Lavishing in a hot tub deep in the forest alongside a clear, rushing river, flourishing rhododendron, and other flowers was the epitome of "forest bathing." It was cool, cloudy, and rainy during our stay, and we didn't care! Hot-tubbing in the rain is an exquisite experience. The home was just rustic enough to be an authentic cabin in the forest. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms made our stay even more enjoyable. With a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of windows to enjoy the……
