“We had a great experience with this rental. The only thing we could think of as a slight negative is the lack of a box of Kleenex!! Great kitchen for making breakfast and a couple dinners. Plenty of comfy beds and nice bathrooms for everyone. Location was peaceful but not too far from town. We enjoyed the visiting deer. Would stay again and recommend it!”

“Several of my high school friends stayed here to attend the funeral of a fellow classmate. The home was beautiful, and its historical characters made it even more special. The porch and deck were wonderful places to gather and reminisce. The bathrooms were lovely and well-equipped. Julie, our host, was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The home is just a short walk away from shopping and food and is in a beautiful setting. Watching the sunrise in the morning was a special treat.……

“The whole thing was adorable and very clean! Loved that it was just far enough out of town to have peace and quiet but still very convenient to town! Bummed there was no WiFi since cell service was poor. Had issues getting front door unlocked. Would have been helpful to know it was finicky up front. Overall great stay though! ”

Our girls 12 & 10 loved paddle boarding, fishing, smore's at night and using the awesome outdoor kitchen. “The host was on top of everything, every question and or request. The property was beautiful, breathtaking experience for my family and I. My sons caught fish at the pond, hot tub was awesome and the fire pit was the perfect ending! Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!”

“We stayed 1 night but enjoyed a gold cart ride thru a dirt bike track, a couple dips in the hot tubs, and played a few rounds of pickle ball. The shower was nice, huge tv and a comfy bed. The animals made it sweet”

“Everything was top notch at Milk and Honey Ranch! From the friendliness of all the employees, to the immaculate casita, it was a wonderful overnight stay. The beds were so comfortable! The layout of the house was beautiful and, by the way, this Cassita XL was completely handicap accesible. There are so many things to see and do on this property. Every kind of farm animal and plenty of ways to get exercise. A gem in Washington County and so close to Round Top, Texas! We will be back!”

“The house and property was quiet but reasonable drive to shop. It was spacious. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was very well stocked and the hosts were so responsive. Highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Milk & Honey. The Casita was clean, offered a comfortable place to sleep and lots of outdoor activities. We do believe the rental of a casita should automatically include a golf cart as parking isn’t close to the casitas which makes unloading difficult. The houses have basic kitchen utensils but if you plan to do more than just basic cooking, you will need items for the stove top. We lost electricity and water while onsite for a short period of time due to construction and……
