“While the stay was excellent. Communication about check-in was poor as i never received the form for check in and upon arrival had no instructions on how to get into the unit. It took about half an hour to figure it out through calls and text with 3 different people who represented 3 different companies! It would do well if all three, including hotels.com, coordinated on this. ”
