“I was in town for a memorial service that started at noon. The check in lady (never got her name) did everything she could to get me in before check in time so I could brush my teeth and freshen up. I had been on the road since 0400 and that was a huge deal ”
“Room was very clean, newly renovated on our floor and very comfortable. Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Daytime front desk gentlemen was very helpful for suggestions of area attractions. We came at a bad time during renovations. Boxes of mattresses and such everywhere in common areas. Covers off HVAC units were off in hallway making me afraid of fires and exercise room was closed. Although breakfast was suppose to be served until 10 am, it was put up at 9:30 on the day we……
