“Truly enjoyed our stay. We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities in Flint Ridge because of the weather, but it was still a great place to hunker down for a cold weather weekend. Cozy and quaint with everything you need. Scottie was tremendous at communicating proactively and responding quickly. Only thing I'd mention was wifi was a bit spotty (both TV and smartphones), which was a bummer since we were doing a lowkey weekend, but it was serviceable. “We love the location on the lake. The view from the house was incredible. The kitchen was our favorite part of the house. Everyone could congregate and enjoy. The bar set up in the kitchen with a mini icemaker and a wine refrigerator was a brilliant idea. I love that there were two refrigerators. One in the kitchen for food and one in the basement for beverages. We love the view of the lake from the hot tub. The hot tub was big, clean, HOT (which was perfect). “This cabin is a great place for an intimate getaway. My wife and I, along with our two large dogs, had plenty of room but we did not feel as if we were in a big open hotel lobby like other larger rentals. We love Flint Ridge Resort and consider it one of the most beautiful hidden gems in the country. The hosts did a great job of communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed. “Great beds, very clean place. Property feels private. Only downside is the dozens of little flies that come inside when you open the front door if you have ANY Lights on inside at all. Even in late November, this was a very real problem, with no apparent solution except to just stay inside. If the fire pit is not your thing, just stay inside, I guess.”

“Nice property. Lots of space and beds. Close to the access for the river (2 minute drive/15 minute walk). Communicative host. And great location. I think the only thing I'd say I wish was out of their control. The river was pretty low. Where you walk down to get to the river from the property was really just stagnant water followed by super high weeds/grass area so you couldn't really get to water whereas I thought I'd be able to sit and fish or something. “Our family and friends had a great time here! The house is nice and the windows give off a great view! Lots of sitting areas which was nice. Kids had lots of land to explore outside, nice trails to walk. The view of the lake was pretty! I bet it would be great in the summertime. Kids enjoyed fishing even though they didn’t catch much. The dock is a tad wonky in a few places. The house could’ve been a little cleaner in my opinion but all in all it was a nice place to stay! ”

“Nice place. Would be a little small for more than 4 people. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bedding available. The seating in the living room could be better. There's only one couch for sitting. There's 2 small dining tables - one in the living room - but they wouldn't be comfortable for any length of time. One bedroom doesn't have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Otherwise it's a great little place for a short stay. ”
