“This house was very conveniently located to Mount Vernon, Manassas, battleground, and Fredericksburg. The owners had the kitchen, well stocked, including some spices. Our friends and I had a wonderful getaway at this house.”

“The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues. Just in case it is an issue for future guests, I will add that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have a TV. All other……

“Six of us girlfriends from college stayed for a long weekend. The location is amazing and close to downtown Middleburg - which is good because we couldn’t get an uber/lyft home from dinner :). House is spacious, cozy and has everything you need. We had a few creepy crawlies join us now and then, but overall it was excellent and the host is responsive.”

“I had to give this place five stars even though the description said full kitchen, which we were expecting to use, but it ended up not having a stove or oven, only a microwave. For most people that may be all that’s needed, and, if, so, everything else was ideal. I do think the listing description should be changed, however!”

“Place was clean and there was plenty of open space, outdoor area was also very nice and well kept.When we arrived there was a letter from the city/state citing codes the property was in violation of. The letter arrived the day before our stay.Also, there were several windows that either didn't have any blinds or curtains or what was there was broken which was unsettling as the properties surrounding are close and could easily see in (bathrooms and bedrooms). Specifically the "master" bathroom,……

“Great house for family visit to attend goldcup. We were not in the house itself very much, but this would be a great place to just stay around—the home & grounds are terrific entertainment. ”
