I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. “The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house.”

“We stayed here 2 whole weeks while attendinga ballet intensive. This home is very nice, clean and comfy. The neighborhood is nice, too. And it was within 10 minutes of pretty much everything we needed.The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. There was an issue with the electronic lock early in our stay, which was addressed and resolved the same day. No complaints!”
