“We set up this short family vacation to celebrate my dad's 87th birthday in Gladstone, where he was born and raised. He and all of us were pleased with the cottage. It was very clean and cozy, and the location across the street from the lake and park was ideal. Vrbo failed to send us the promised door code for check-in, but we were able to get in with the back-up key, and the owner sent us the keypad code when we asked for it. We were challenged by the TV (multiple remotes and a guessing game of……

“Had a great time at this property. We had a very seamless check in. Owners are very thoughtful, having everything in the house that you could need while there. They were very quick to respond to texts while there when we tripped a circuit breaker. Property is not too far from Escanaba for picking up necessities. Many cities within an hour drive to do some sightseeing and activities. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in that area in the future. ”

“We came for a lityle getaway to relax and wind down between a busy summer and the start of our daughter's senior year. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot. Both cottages were just as described and the seperate bunkhouse was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space. The little deck over looking the river was the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and abook. Deb was very communicative and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. We left a hat behind and she texted……
