“Suited our needs. Slept 12 people comfortably. Private pool and trampoline not pictured. The house feels lived in which felt a little weird but not a deal breaker. Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. Not much close by, a few small restaurants and a dollar general. If your from NY dont even try the pizza place close by in Vermont. The reviews are good but if you are used……

“The house has TWO dishwashers and TWO fridges and THREE dining tables. It was a great house for a large group. We visited for Labor Day and went to three different rail trails to bike in the area. Being able to walk to Emerald Lake was great, it's a wonderful place to swim and paddle.”

“Rented this lodge based on other positive reviews - and they were spot on! Greeted by snowy landscape and cozy, warm, lodge wonderfully appointed More you looked, more you saw! Comfy beds, good showers, full service kitchen, spotless. Our family of 5 adults , 13 yr old twin granddaughters greed we felt like we were in a welcoming home. “We rented this property as a way to spend time with family right before the busy holiday season. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed and more! Check-in was super easy, and the host responded very quickly. The hot tub and sauna were great additions, but the view of the lake and mountains every morning was just what we wanted. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family!! ”

“House is surrounded by woods in a mountainous area. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We even played horseshoes in the yard. House has everything you would need. We definitely over packed. It is about a 45 minute drive to Lake George, restaurants, and a Walmart. Highly recommend visiting Martha's ice cream. The wifi is slow...assuming due to the area. My only complaint would be the upstairs master bed. It is creaky and uncomfortable. Would love to visit again during a more peak season. ”
