“2 families chose to get away to the cabin for a weekend of skiing, family-time and hanging out. This was the perfect location! Comfy beds, amazing kitchen, awesome linens and great decor. All in all a perfect vacation. We’ve been coming to the area for the last 10 years and this is our favourite place by far. Great spot, beautifully decorated, super kind owners and all in all simply perfection!”

“This cabin is so cool inside! The owners really put a lot of work into making this it have an authentic cabin/outdoorsy feel. The hot tub with Bluetooth speakers is an added bonus! They even had emergency swim suits and pjs in the kids dresser just incase you forgot them or needed an extra pair. Very clean and great movies!selectoselection!cgrwat”

“Our group of 11 (2 adults, kids ages 5-13) enjoyed two nights in this home. The layout was great for two families and the host had excellent communication. Our older kids were able to walk to/from the Buck lift, though we typically drove as the walk is a little long carrying gear. We would stay here again! ”

“This cabin was the perfect getaway! Shocking amount of stuff to do just minutes away. Clean and cozy. Hot tub and bonfire pit offered such a relaxing end to the evening. Thompsonville has great dining too. We visited iron fish distillery for a tasting and a snack. The food was AMAZING. We also explored crystal mountain to dine for dinner as well as took the 10 minute drive to Benzonia to shop and check out the new casino ”

“We had such a delightful time at this cabin just a couple of minutes from the slopes at Caberfae for closing weekend. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and cozy up for the week. We were also only 30ish mins from crystal for the weekdays. The beds were super comfy and we had a wonderful time. Dory was super fair and a great communicator throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!”

“We enjoyed the property it has plenty of room for me and my friends. The river had salmon hanging out at the dock and that's would I was there to do fish for salmon so it was nice to go right out to the dock to fish.”

“Our family group of 10 stayed in the Northern Nest for a trip skiing at Crystal Mountain, which is about 12 minutes away. The home is very nice and well laid out for our group size. Nestled into the woods beside the Betsie River, this place is a 10/10! The owner is very quick communicating and was great to work with as well! We will be back this summer to do some kayaking!”
