“Beautiful hotel and room. Expectedly pricey, but it’s an airport hotel. Those are always higher end and higher dollar. Restaurant food is above average. Bar is exceptional. Hotel service is pampering and wonderful. with that said, You get what you pay for. ”

“Our first night, the TV didn’t work until about midnight. The girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care and just said that she’d need to talk to her manager. The setup for breakfast wasn’t well-organized which created crowds in a corner. The woman over the food seemed to hide in the back and didn’t keep things stocked. The milk was gone, the utensils were gone, the food containers were empty and she just seemed to hang out in the back. It was pretty disappointing.”
