“Free parking is excellent. The room is very stylish and comfortable. Interesting design about the mirror in the bathroom. The bed is too short for a man higher than 185 cm. Accessible and convenient to travel to Basel within 30 minutes by public transportation. Staff are friendly. "We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly to Asian guests ."
