“This is a terrific place in a very centrally located part of the city. The only issue we had was no ADA accessibility- at least none we could locate. It's a 24-stair walk up to the apartments and that's great if you are young, healthy and can lug a giant suitcase up 24 stairs. Being a skoch older and with major back issues, it was very taxing. “What a find! The owners/hosts have thought of everything and the rental is lovely! “The penthouse apartment is a spacious place to center your adventures in and around Eugene. It’s a vintage building, but the unit has been recently flipped and has nice appointments, including the updated kitchen. The parking was initially hard to locate as the lot is accessed from an alleyway that’s a few buildings down from the address (perhaps some more details are needed on the checkin instructions). “We were in town for the Jane Sanders Classic, a softball tournament hosted by the University of Oregon. This home was a quick 10-minute walk to The Jane (the softball stadium). It was the perfect spot for our softball-filled weekend. Parking was available on the street in front of the house, which was great. And, the location is so close to some of Eugene's gems on 19th Avenue, including Beppe and Gianni's, Prince Puckler's Ice Cream, Hello Neighbor pizza and more. ”

“This is a super spacious and amazingly maintained little apartment in a wonderfully scenic suburban spot just outside Eugene proper. The drive to town is less than 5 minutes but there are multiple restaurants and shops less than a mile away than you can easily walk to (including Soko Coffee and Salt & Straw ice cream).
