“We stayed here for an event in Greenboro with our three kids and it worked out perfectly. The only thing is that the fourth bedroom is on the other side of the doors with the deadbolts, so we had our daughters share a bed in the main part. Two of the bedrooms had King mattresses so this wasn't a hardship. The owner is super responsive, and the house had everything we needed. The neighborhood feels safe and is conveniently located to everything. We will stay here again if we go back to……

“We were quite pleased with our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and there were extra touches. Home is nicely furnished with some unique pieces. Snacks were a nice surprise. I spent each morning on the back deck, enjoying the sun.”

“My family and I were very impressed with the house and the area of the property. Enjoyed the reading material.The area was quiet and peaceful.My suggestions : 1) Add a coffee maker,2) maybe 2 televisions ( master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms)3) blinds in the living room an issue.”

“We needed a short stay while our house was being built and this home was very comfortable and located close to everything. We didn’t even realize there were neighbors because the house is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. John was quick to reply with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this modern charm. ”

“Definitely will come stay again! Place was nice and quiet and clean. Cool game room,basketball court and the pool was definitely our favorite! Caught a nice bass in the pond also! Host was super cool and had great communication. 10 outta 10 for sure!!! ”

“There were few minor issues, they have only one TV and two living rooms so it would’ve been nice to have two TVs.The oven only works on broil when they have features of air fryer and bake, but it doesn’t work on those features.The ice machine on the refrigerator only gives you one cup of ice so with four adults we couldn’t get ice. I had to buy ice trays.Saw a few water bugs 4-5, crawling around had to kill them, thank God the house had bug spray. Scared the daylights out of my niece one was……

“This was a lovely property. It is literally within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. The property was well maintained, had awesome artwork on the walls, and was well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed the 16 of us and didn’t feel like someone had dumped all their worn out leftover items there. I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay! ”
