“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Guest House Apartment. It was exactly as it was depicted online. The layout, design, and furnishings were very nice and quite contemporary. Our host Maddie was very welcoming which helped to make our stay more than a pleasant one. We would not hesitate to stay again. “This is such a cute place and was perfect for me and my dog for three nights. I felt safe and enjoyed walking my dog in the neighborhood. The location was an easy drive to everything I wanted to do and Maddie was very responsive to any questions or concerns. This is like a guesthouse behind the "big house" so it is tucked in but you very much have your privacy as you access the property from a different street. ”

“We received zero communication from the property owner regarding the check in procedure, access code, etc., despite numerous messages sent. There was zero response. We had to escalate the issue to VRBO and they were also unable to get in touch with the property owner. This resulted in our reservation being cancelled the evening we were supposed to check and scrambling to find alternative accommodations last minute. ”
