“Overall, we had an amazing stay. Cottage is right on the water with beach and dock. Everything you need for a stay is available. The owner is very accomodating and responds to requests promptly. Note for families with kids: deck has no rails.”

“Parents week away for our anniversary and were so pleasantly surprised at finding this gem.Communication with the host Zoe was top notch she answered all our questions quickly and after a huge snow fall Kurt was a quick to come out and plow us out and check on the internet/satellite. The overall cleanliness was good we did however find quite a few dishes with food stuck to them, easy to see in the slow season how this might not have been double checked and was easy enough for us to move past……

“Easy to find as it’s the first home just off the main road. That being said it can get a little noisy when the large trucks drive by. For the most part it didn’t bother us and you get used to it. Great lake for kayaking (not provided) we brought our own. The dock does have a ladder for easy access. We took our dog to the other end of the lake where it is shallow and has a sandy bottom. This is a public entrance area. Our son did some fishing off the dock and caught a nice size bass which we……

“Great space for a gathering of friends. Well equipped, we had everything we needed. Lovely lake and bonfire pit under the stars. Clean and spacious. A perfect place for a get-away. ”

“Our stay was okay however the property was quite messy and differed greatly from the online listing. The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing.”

The location was ideal, offering a peaceful and private retreat. Communication with the host was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed 3 wonderful nights here. Weather was glorious and the lake was clean and refreshing -- we swam and used both the canoe and the kayaks every day. The Lake is big and fun to explore. The fire pit outside was perfect -- the fairy lights above made the place feel magical. The cottage itself was incredibly clean and fairly well appointed. We loved the downstairs suite and enjoyed the big TV for some Olympics viewing. The kitchen was fantastic and……

“The property is cute and in a great locations but the wifi didn't work at night and we had constant issues trying to watch a movie. And when you have a teenager, he doesn't exactly want to play board games all the time as there in no TV or DVD player. Beds were really firm and didn't have a lot of give to them. The living room furniture was actually lawn chairs and one small love seat and no coffee tables. It was clean and warm at night. 7 out of 10”
