“The hotel sits right next-door to a golf club that is available to the public. The hotel is easily accessible off the highway and the rooms were nice and fresh and clean. The breakfast selection and quality of foodwas really quite good.”

“This is our go to place to stay when visiting family. We spend little time in the room. Room was clean & spacious. Close to interstate but not close to amenities. No breakfast. Affordable. Quiet setting. DirecTV. Good for short term stay.”

The hotel is in on a nice cute hill - secluded enough to not have any traffic noise from nearby, but close to restaurants (and a Starbucks) enough to be in walking distance. 10/10 recommend for anyone passing by. It's a straightforward 40m drive from Charlottesville as well, and way cheaper and nicer than the hotels you'd find in that city for this price range.”

“This was THE best place I have ever stayed. I was traveling with my four kiddos and husband and there was plenty of space for us. The free snacks and ice cream made the stay for them memorable. The building itself had been beautifully restored and the space is huge. There is a great quiet and picturesque place to read and a beautiful old library with a gorgeous pool table for some fun. I can’t wait to go back! Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless. I can’t recommend this place……
