“We loved our stay here! The condo is so cute, clean and cozy. The host was very communicative with any questions I had. The beach is across the street and I went for sunset strolls most nights. The pool was great and is heated to a nice warm temp. All lower units are still being repaired from the hurricanes so no one is in them. Which may have added to how quiet it was as it was always very quiet around the resort.There is free laundry close to the unit in the parking garage building. The……

“Excellent location right on the beach! Quiet and relaxing. The property provides beach loungers and you can bring your own umbrella or rent one for the day or your stay. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and liked that there were 2 Queen Beds in the one bedroom. Furnishings were a little worn around the edges, but was comfortable and had all we needed for cooking and even a cooler for the beach, ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ervin's condo. The condo is beautiful and modern. The complex has 2 pools, pickleball courts and is about a 15 mins drive to the local beaches. It's also within walking distance to the grocery stores and restaurants. We plan on coming back in the winter and we will definitely stay with Ervin again. ”

“Very nice complex with pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. Very clean. Owner very responsive with my questions. Very close to IMG Academy. Loved the patio. The only thing I didn't like was the (2-bedroom) decor - box spring and bed frame exposed & blankets were both twin size (with one bed being a full) - photo shows nicer bedspreads. But I would still consider booking this unit again. Thanks, Ning.”
