Very responsive host that left fresh apple cider donuts that were delicious. Coffee and tea offerings were excellent. Couple farmhouse cats stopped for a visit which was adorable. “We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner. Loved the farm kittens and the views. The nature trail wasn’t open at the time of our visit as……

“The nearly 200-year old Carley Farmhouse nestled amidst the Vermont hills is a real keeper! The natural beauty of the area is stunning, and nature lovers will appreciate the bird chatter, occasional monarch butterfly, starry skies, complete with fireflies in the yard! Gather chairs around the firepit in the yard at night and enjoy it all. Inside, there are several living areas including a small back sunporch that is a quiet retreat both during the day and at night. We didn't end up using the……
