“The property was well kept and clean. Bathroom was clean and very functional. They had mouthwash which I have not seen in many hotels as an option. The layout was also very good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Overall it was a very nice stay”

My only complaint is that the atm wasnt working so i had to find a bank to use our shuttle service they provided to get to our concert. “The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“I was able to make a "same day" reservation, which was important because my travel was unexpected due to a family death. The desk staff were courteous and very helpful. The facility was clean and it looked like the carpet was new. The room was comfortable and quiet - no noticeable noise from the hallway or adjoining rooms.”

“Close to stadium. Air-conditioning broken unfortunately. Bed was comfy. Great shower. Too many transients lived here but Police there frequently patrolling so we felt safe. Close to shopping and IHOP! ”
