“This is a very quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. Quick and easy access to all the local highways. The beds were very comfortable. A bonus was seeing the albino squirrel in the back yard!”

“We loved this home! The well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds truly made this feel like a home away from home. We appreciated the sofa and love seat in the family room so we could ALL comfortably lounge to watch movies at night. The game room (and dart board!) was a huge hit. This clean and quiet location is near grocery stores and restaurants and it's easy to jump on to the freeway to get around the Dayton area. Hosts were great and we appreciated the muffins and hot chocolate! ”

“The location was perfect for our weekend trip to Cincinnati and Columbus. We enjoyed shopping and then stayed here for the night and played card games. The property is well maintained and easy to access. You can definitely tell it is an old house but it has charm. ”

“This VRBO is tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner is really kind and communicated well with me. The bedrooms are fairly big, and the beds are really comfortable. The living room is also comfortable. We didn't really use the kitchen, so I have no comment there. The bathroom is a little cramped but I'm sure the owner did the best she could with that space. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. ”

“Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one”

“This has to be one of the nicest locations I have stayed in. Everyone was blown away with the house. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed. We were in town for a graduation and it provided a nice place to relax in the morning and evening. Rooms were great. Kitchen well equipped. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. The weather was rainy but there is a nice patio and yard if the weather was better. Our hosts responded quickly to a few questions we had. Everything in perfect working……
