“Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 ”

“Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike……

“It was quiet, charming in a rustic way, Very clean, and with lots of attention from Kris, the on-site property manager. We were right on Lake Willoughby and it was absolutely gorgeous. There's not a lot to do in the area in the fall / winter, but we wanted just to go and relax, and we did that! It was perfect for us. “This is my fiancé and I 4th time renting out this cabin, we love it ! It is the perfect weekend getaway. If you’re looking to spend some quality time and just disconnect then this place is for you! I would 100% recommend.”

“Gwen and Larry were excellent hosts from start to finish! The property was everything as described, plus more. The communication with the hosts were direct and speedy with responses, an attribute that made our weekend even more enjoyable! From the cute landscape surrounding the cabin, to every aspect inside that was available for us. I look forward to hopefully making more trips back to this quaint destination for an escape from the hustle of Jersey!”

“What a great place to stay for some proper spring skiing! The place was exactly as advertised and incredibly easy to access. The Spruce Cabin had everything we could possibly need, can’t wait to visit again!”

“Loved it! The isolation is exactly what we needed. I enjoyed keeping the wood stove going and checking on the solar and generator personally. Would recommend to anyone to listen to John's directions exactly...dont trust your gps(although we found Google Maps and Waze to work perfect)..the cabin is on a dead end private road in the mountains...our friends found that apple maps sent them down a snow mobile trail, luckily a wrecker was able to get to them and tow them out. Endless trails and forest……

“The tree cabin is the cutest little spot for a couple! Hot tub was 10/10, the entire place is super cute and lots of special touches. We were there on a super windy and snowy night so the trees do bang into the house (it’s built into them), so if you’re a light sleeper definitely bring a sound machine or earplugs just in case. If it’s not windy it’s not a problem! Great place though. Would stay again. ”
