“The level of detail spent by the owners was visable as soon as you arrive. The Casita layout was enjoyable and well presented. The owners met us on arrival giving us a layout of Deland and what it offered. The tranqulity found was amazing, the poool, running warer allowed the sounds of nature to put us to sleep each night. “We had booked this property back in Oct 2023 for our March 2024 holiday in Florida , paying all the money up front in October 2023 through Hotels.com .We received a confirmation number from Hotels.com and no further correspondence . “This was the perfect place for our quick weekend in Florida. The place was spotless and decorated beautifully. “My work trip turned in to the most wonderful birthday vacation! The property was amazing. The hosts were beyond accommodating. The apartment was so beautiful, very private and cozy with all the conveniences of Home. We loved having access to all of the farm animals just far enough out of town to give the country feel but still close to all of the shopping conveniences. “Beautiful floating cottage with everything you need provided. The host, Kim, went well above the call of duty. Very informative and answered any questions I had immediately! Connie’s deli behind cottage had great food and super nice servers. But the most amazing part of this vaca was the turtles that greeted us from day 1 and being able to feed them. Also, we were fortunate to see manatees every day we were there!! I highly recommend staying at the Floating Cottage. You will not regret staying……
