“Property was perfect for our group of families with girls competing at a Cheer Competition at Bryce Jordan Center. It was a short drive and gave us space to hang out, cook meals and relax when we weren’t competing. ”

“Not many options in Port Matilda, so we were lucky to find this place so close to the Marrasas Mountain Lodge. We were still able to get an Uber from state college. And swing into state college for breakfast and supplies. It was perfect for our family of 6. And we even hosted some friends after the wedding. The outside looked comfy but weather wasn’t cooperating (rain) to use it. Loved the blue white Penn state details. Host was super responsive with some last minute questions. ”

“Beautiful senset surrounded by nature but with all conveniences provided. The bed was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the breakfast items and little touches like personalized welcome note. The bathroom and shower had several accessable bars thst were helpful. A truly magical experience that we gope to repeat.”

“We stayed just one night, but after arriving, we should have booked it for another night, just to enjoy this beautiful place for a longer time! We saw deer in the evening and again in the morning, the grandkids chased fireflies and toasted marshmallows to make s'mores and we caught site of some fireworks over the trees. Overall awesome stay! “The staff was the best ive come across! Super hospitable, care about what they do, take pride in their purpose and seems like they love what they do. Even though it was right on the main road, it was quiet because the air cinditioner offered ample white noise. The beautiful park across the street had great walking trails, a bridge over a dam, playground and nice big lily pond/lake. Kayakers were on the lake. Trail was well maintained and peaceful.
