“My family spend Thanksgiving at this gorgeous house on a beautiful and very secluded property. Everyone loved the house. It was spotless and the wood stove keeps it very warm. Daren went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!”

“Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch. Only negative was limited silverware and a sauce pan would be nice. Overall, an enjoyable stay. No tv or internet but I used……

“Overall a nice stay. The location was great!!! Would have liked a couch in the main room, and a kitchen included. Also, main bed mattress was old and could feel springs. Sheets were missing from the beds. Pillows old and lumpy. I’m not picky so enjoyed my stay but my partner was not satisfied. ”

“Stayed for a football weekend there was 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean . You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners . Pictures are as shown no large fridge only a dorm size fridge made it tough to prepare for tailgating foods . We only used the place as somewhere to sleep. Owner was very quick with a response. I wish they had a mirror in the one bedroom since we were sharing a……

“Very clean, a lot of amenities, can’t beat being 1.5 miles away from snow shoe black bear trailhead on an atv legal road.”

“This property was exactly what we were looking for our winter weekend trip to see the elk. We had some beautiful snow while we were there, and the wood burning stove in the cabin was absolutely amazing. Peggy was very responsive to all my questions, and even provided us with homemade bread and treats!”
