“Jo and Mikes place is delightful place, both inside the apartment and out!side!It had a beautiful scenic view of the lake/pond and beach right outside the bedroom and den windows, and from the wooden patio porch swing, which we enjoyed. There are steps leading right down to the pond from the back yard. Our grandsons loved canoeing and fishing in this peaceful spot! We will be back! Thank you Mike, Jo and Daisy for a wonderful visit!We loved our stay So well appointed ”

“We loved the place very much, sparkling clean and all equipped for home a way from home. Great location , few minutes to grocery store, less than 10 minutes to the beaches and bike trails. This place is by far the best place we ever stayed at when we've visited Cape Cod. We will definitely come back again next year. Only one hiccup was on check in the address we received from Vrbo was the wrong address but we were able to get in touch with the owner right away. Thank you so much!”

“We are off to the water park and then back to home. This was a wonderful and carefree stay! Thank you. We left some mini roses!!! Doors are locked, keys in the lock box and trash is in the black trash barrell outside. The laundry like sheets and blankets are in the bathroom. “Great Space for larger family. Needs a bit of inside TLC. Didn't seem to have had its deep clean for the season - spiders, dust webs on walls and wall art. Kitchen cabinets need clean & relining. Outside light on front stairs was out. Front stairs need a railing. Window AC's had very dirty filters, living room AC was very noisy and made all the lights flicker - ended up turning it off. Wi-Fi didn't work with anyones phones. Refrigerator needs replacement definitely. Small spiders all over king……
