“Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! ”

“The keyword here is LOCATION. This cottage is perfectly located. Right on the beach. Walking distance to an adorable market with restaurants, entertainment, shops and ice cream. It's also perfectly situated to hit a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. It's a couple minutes drive to a fantastic new walkable shopping place with excellent restaurants. Cottage itself is very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, kitchen was well stocked. Check out was a cinch. Perfect place for our family……

It was spacious enough for our family of four, including an 11- and 13-year-old, to live comfortably, and everything was clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and each room had its own AC unit. The location was incredible, with a breathtaking view of the ocean each time you walked out the door! We really appreciated the beachy decor……
