“We had a very nice stay in this apartment. I would definitely recommend it to others. The owners were friendly and it was easy to get into the unit. The only drawback for anyone who's not quite so agile is the steep staircase to get to the bedrooms. It worked out fine for our family of four, so I just list this for anyone with mobility issues.”

“Located near airport and walking distance from downtown. Our kids did love the dart board and foosball table. There is a step down in the living room that we all almost tripped over. Carpet has a musty smell and apartment is stocked with very basic things. Parking is a free for all and can be stressful. ”

“This was listed as a luxurious rental property. Once I got to the block of the location I realized it was anything but. The apartment building was located in an old building that seem as though it was falling apart and in severe need of renovations. Walking into this abomination of a rental you are immediately hit with the smell of damp, mildew, basement smell. It was as humid as a moist basement in there on the second floor. He listed this apartment as sleeping 8-10 when in reality it barely……

“The large deck, shared with the other unit in the building, has great views. Is nice to relax late night and to take pictures of sunrise. The negatives: bit of a walk to most restaurants, is on 3rd floor with two sets of steep and narrow stairs, parking is 200 feet away at bottom of the hill on a different street, the bed (a queen) is a very thin mattress you sink into (especially if you sit on it).”

“The apartment was clean, well equipped with good facilities and there was a lovely welcome basket on the kitchen table. It was slightly let down by the building being older than anticipated. The floors were very uneven, the shared hall/steep staircase was fusty and the large bedside cabinet meant that one side of the bed close to the wall. During the stay work was being done to the outside of the property (from early in the morning) which blocked the way through to the washing machine area so we……
