“The Bear Howard Cabin was a perfectly cozy, clean, and very well-stocked hideaway for my family of 6. Just a 20 minute ride from downtown Sedona, we were able to enjoy hikes in the red rocks daily while returning to a super quiet, peaceful, and comfortable home in the evenings. The woodfire stove was perfect for the unexpected snow days during our stay, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking any type of meal. “The cabin is just what we needed for a great getaway with the family! Lovely views and great access to the river and trails (West Fork Trail park entry is a few feet down the highway). The houses' amenities were great and well thought out. ”

“Booked this property for our family to celebrate our sons graduation from NAU. Was close to town but away from the traffic of the move out/graduation events taking place. Plenty of room to come back and have a dinner with family and friends after graduation. Property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. ”

“We had a great time at Carl’s cabin! Beds were comfy and the deck is great! We loved that there were some toys and books for our 1 and 3 year old - huge plus! Only downside is that the house seemed short on towels.. plenty of bath towels, but no washcloths or kitchen towels available. We purchased a kitchen towel and left it there. Not a huge deal, easy to work around! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Carl! ”

“This was such a nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house. We had lots of room for all of us. The decor was so cute. The living room and dining area were comfortable and were great for spending time with everyone. The large windows provided amazing views and lots of natural light. The hosts were easy to work with and accommodating. This was a perfect choice for our time in Flagstaff.”
