“This property is everything you want from a Northeast Kingdom getaway! The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Location is within 20 minutes of good Vermont dining but honestly, you want to stay on property forever! “On the down side: It's VERY dark in the house. Other than kitchen & bath, lighting is poor. Walls are all dark which attributes to the lighting issue. The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. Unfamiliar with propane, I could only get one burner to work on the stove. No cleaning supplies were available for me to use if needed. Bring a wand if you want to watch television. “My family and I had a great stay at this charming cottage. Our youngest enjoyed playing in the yard and making friends with the animals. We enjoyed the fresh eggs in the fridge (nice touch!). The cottage is cozy and has everything you need, including fast internet. The hosts are communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!”
