“The manager on duty at The Hampton Inn was an exemplary employee. She went above and beyond to help us after a reservation with a mistaken wrong date was made using Hotels.com/Expedia. The Expedia manager offered to switch dates but in return tripled the cost of the room. The Hampton Inn employee offered to match the original price which the Expedia manager said was “impossible” as rooms were “high” and in demand. He was rude and threatened to hang up if I didn’t accept his offer. I declined his……

“Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. I explained that the card for payment was 900 miles away because the room was already paid for. She finally fixed it and I was given my room keys.
