“Our family traveled to CT with our dogs for a soccer event in Farmington. This was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs, and just the right amount of space inside for us and our two kids. Kitchen had most of the basics. Just missing (or we couldn’t locate) a cookie sheet and scissors but had all the other utensils we needed. House was nicely updated. Took the dogs on a walk through the surrounding neighborhood which felt safe. Within 12 minutes of the fields and……

“Did not stay even one night. Was charged anyway. The driveway, walkway and stairs were dangerously icy and poorly treated considering the weather. Moved to a hotel.”

“I have already notified you and owner of my dissatisfaction on the first day and continued throughout the first 2 weeks. Original pictures showed different furnishings as well as the exterior. Original pictures were removed from site after i complained. Advertised with laundry only to find out it was coin operated. Bathtub/ shower was unsafe. 2 1/2ft step into a jury rigged shower. I moved out a week early. It was too uncomfortable. Had to go to gym to shower and friends house for laundry. I……

“Clear, comfortable and well appointed room. Very friedly & helpful desk staff. Some strong security [some iffy--ie adjoining building & Italian restaurant had "security door" requiring room key but secuirty door wouldn't close. Nice little bar & cafe with a small menu but some nice varity. Interesting drink specials. Seemed like variety of drink options. ”
