“Overall nice clean rustic little cabin at a reasonable rate. Easy to get to and close to shopping, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Owner was friendly and checked in with us on our stay. If you don't need to be on the water and don't want to stay at a hotel, this is a great alternative with all the amenities you need including full kitchen.”

“Everything was exactly as advertised and presented . Very clean home , with everything you need . Quick ride to anything you need as well as the town of Lake George . The river is extremely pretty for views and walking by. There’s a cute park right down the road too . Would definitely go back , thank you !”

“We loved our stay at this cottage on the lake. There was plenty of space for my husband, son and I. We loved the indoor and outdoor space. It was super clean and my son loved the loft bed. The access to the beach was a great feature too. We loved walking to the water and playground each day. The view is unreal! Even though a lot of things in town were closed we loved Bolton Landing. It had cute shops and antiques. We also had a great dinner and enjoyed the brewery in town on the rainy day. ”

“The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more! The grill worked well too. The view of the lake was wonderful, and having the kayaks a bonus. It would be nice to have a shore access to the lake, but the spot at Sunset Lake is very close by. Everyone was happy to swim at both places. We enjoyed the house very much, and found things as described. The only slight negatives are the road leading in and the access to the dock. Although every……

“It was everything that was described. Beautiful cabin and property. Not ideal for hauling a boat or parking one. The shower was cool but so was the water or to hot. But overall a great place and would go back again. There is very little cell service which i liked but was in return hard to communicate with owner's and the tournament staff for the bass tournament we were fishing. But that was also in the ad for cabin. A get away for a couple or a family id rate it a 10 out of 10. For hunting id……

“My wife and I, along with our two dogs, spent six days exploring the area around Lake George. The cottage was in a great location, very close to the lake yet quiet both during the day and at night. Overall, the cottage was well equipped and we had an enjoyable stay.”

“Great location and clean quaint cabin. Only issues were bed was creaky, refrigerator was loud at night and bedroom stayed warm ( even with ceiling fan on) we loved that we were right next to town but atmosphere was woody not urban. Will recommend to others”

“The cabin is nicely tucked away on the edge of woods off a rural road. The cabin was immaculate with a pleasant wood smell. It was stocked with all basics as you'd expect. The country store, a short walk away, was the perfect spot for coffee and breakfast. We only wished that the shower head was adjustable and the bed was not so squeaky. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway! ”
