“Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.”

“Tamer at the front desk was extremely helpful! My husband was sick and he got a Dr for him. This truly felt like a home away from home. the location is amazing... everything is right at the front door and everything is within walking distance. The pool and spa are excellent as well. Rooms are big for Israel. Please go to Israel and enjoy this nice hotel!”

“Very good apartment with good location! With supermarket and train just immediately downstairs. And a local market nearby too! Just a note to remind, quite difficult to open the lock to take out the keys and only office hours for check in and check out!”
