“Communication with host was top notch! This little cottage was perfect for the 7 of us! Fully fully equipped with everything you need, incase you forgot something! Even slippers!!! Was maybe a 2 minute walk to the ocean, although it rained the entire time. They had plenty of games to keep us entertained. My favorite part, was as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning the was the view of the ocean, from the giant window! The hosts missed zero details designing this cottage! Would definitely……

“We spent a long weekend at the home and absolutely loved it. Multiple restaurants, waterfront, and parks all within a short walk (a walk that my 4 year olds had no problem with). Even though bars and restaurants were close, the home was quiet and comfortable. Off street parking for multiple cars. We will definitely be back in the future!”

“This house is a great stay for a family. Close to shops and beaches. The fenced yard gives extra security for a family with children. We had the best time making S’mores around the fire pit. The outside shower was a huge hit. The outside shower fixture was incredible. We all enjoyed being able to come from the beach and clean up. Plenty of towels for the house, beach and spotless sheets! We had a wonderful time exploring all of the beaches and fishing spots. The hosts are quick to respond to……

“The bedrooms are cozy and the gathering spaces are large. The living room has plenty of space to gather and the outdoor firepit with covered sitting area is another nice place to spread out. You'll find everything you need for your stay and well as a few personal welcoming touches.”

“My family booked this home for a birthday getaway weekend and it was wonderful. The building and property are beautiful and well maintained. There are so many beds and private spaces that everyone had plenty of room while we were there. And while the inside of the house is great, the back along the lake was truly exceptional. The patio has plenty of seating and a spectacular view. We could not recommend the is property enough. ”

“Last minute trip and well worth it!!!”

“Booked for the weekend over a year ago for URI graduation weekend. Check in process was simple, the house & location was perfect for us, the drive to URI was fairly short, and we were away from the crowd of Kingston. Our family was happy with the house, the downtown area and the closeness to the beach.We had a small hiccup with the kitchen, and Michael was quick to response and resolved the issue. We would book this house again, since we did not get to see the entire area due to graduation……
