We didn't have wifi the first evening, due to an accident in the area, but the hostess quickly replied to my message, giving me updates on when it would likely be restored. I enjoyed the simple and sophisticated decor. The amenities (makeup removing cloths, q-tips, snacks, drinks, toothbrushes, etc.) were a wonderful and thoughtful surprise.
