“This property was super convenient for all of our local activities in Roscoe Village, Fresno and Baltic. It is indeed an older property, so you have to embrace that when staying here. The communication with the host was superb and the home had lots of amenities. If you are looking for a convenient and cozy old house to rent, this could be your place. “The property and building were exactly as described/pictured. The beds were comfortable, the common areas were roomy for the 6 of us, and furnishings were updated and of good quality. There was a good bit of bugs/flies on the patio (to be expected in the country!), but they have fans and tiki torches to help. The hostess was very responsive and considerate of our privacy (asked before coming on property). My only caution is that check-out time is 10 (most others we have stayed at have been 11 or……

“Check in consisted of walking in the door. That’s it. And they even got it ready an hour early for us. It is a beautiful home. Kitchen spotless, large and has everything you can need. Huge living room. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Nice yard. Plenty of parking. House is right on Rt 39. Super easy to get to from both Walnut Creek and Sugar Creek. “Cute little house, but needs some Tender Loving Care. The kitchen was nicely furnished with most everything you need. The house is decorated nicely. Problem, it smelled like either smoke or sewer at times. It really is a cute house, and the winery across the road is very nice. There is also a winery and pizza place right beside the house.
