“Miles was a fantastic host. Super friendly and all communication was straightforward and timely. The property is small, but felt spacious for one person. Having a full sized shower and washer/dryer was incredibly nice. The kitchen was not built out when I stayed, but the kitchenette was more than enough.I enjoyed the location. The neighborhood is lovely, it's an easy walk to Alberta Street and grocery store, and quiet at night. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend to……

“The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. When I got home I found that my card had been charged an additional $200 for a $29 daily "amenity fee" which was not disclosed when I booked the room. I travel to Portland regularly and this was a……

“I think this is our fourth stay! We really enjoy the ability to settle in with our fur babies and be able to cook in the well outfitted kitchen. The location, for us, is perfect as we are between Battle Ground and Portland to visit family and friends. Love being able to do laundry because when we’re here we’re usually staying for at least a week. There is train noise, but we haven’t found it to be a huge issue. Thanks for another great stay!”
