“Check In 時有些狀況，櫃檯人員處理的不是很好，但因沒有我訂的房型就給升等了有浴室的套房，這點還不錯，但房內設施簡單，乾淨，狹小，隔音不佳，有些吵，隔天亦可寄放行。整體來說，以價位來說，算是可以了。”

“Muito bom… eles tem funcionários que passam o dia limpando e aspirando o chão, banheiros limpos todos os dias… é uma família brasileira que administra o hostel. A Geruza e o filho dela Vinicius ficam sempre de olho no serviço dos funcionários… fiquei hospedado 17 dias e observei bem como é o dia a dia lá no hostel… a maioria dos hóspedes é homens que são trabalhadores lá da região… teve alguns dias que vieram casal de turistas que vieram se hospedar… no meu caso eu fui sozinho pra conhecer……

“Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, Antonio nous a bien accueilli et nous a présenté la chambre (chambre seul) toute commodités mais il manquer quelques chose essentielles (éponge, gel douche) mais rien de graves. Le plus gros soucis est l'isolation entre les chambres. Mais cela est liée au fait d'être dans les vieilles batisse de londre. “Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state. We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets……

“Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.”
