“I couldn’t find the tub remote in the room, and there was a wet purple stain on the desk. Other things were totally acceptable.”

“The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs. ”

“Very nice property in a great location. Single train access to almost every place you want to go in London via the West Brompton Underground station 2 blocks away (the multi legged District Line, Wimbledon leg). The best bed ever! Only 2 issues, the bathtub/shower is very hard to get in and out of. Place a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping, some sort of stool needed to help get out. The other is lack of Air Conditioning, standard for London, requiring the sound proofed windows……

“I can not recommend this hotel enough! Wow, it was so clean and very new. The staff was great. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. Someone helped us with the luggage up to our room. They offer breakfast in the morning at any extra cost which is convenient if you are on the go. So so so clean and amazing. Another cool aspect of this hotel is that it is super secure. You need a hotel key to even operate the elevator. This hotel feels so luxurious, I was shocked at the price for what you are……

“Unbelivably small, and low roof ceiling. I booked it for my friend and his son. They were shocked my utterly small room that cannot even lay down one luggage, then they requested to change a room. The staff charged them ￡50 or more(forgot the exact amount) per night, to change another small room that at least can extent a luggage. I did not know the extra charging fee when they left back. Shame. DO NOT recommend this hotel. ”
